Required Skills: 

• 3 turn 
• 2-foot spin 
• 1-foot spin
• Bauer
• “Downtown” 
• 180 2-foot jumps (forward- backward/ backward- forward) 
• Scissors/ “bubbles” 
• Transition 
• Dips 
• Spread Eagle 

Bonus skills: 

• Cartwheel 
• Crazy legs 
• Splits 

30 second freestyle: 

• Show us what you’ve got with your own original choreography
